What Are The Signs Of TMJ?

Hello,

For the past year I have experienced intermittment light dizziness (like I am going to pass out), almost daily tension headaches at the back of my head, and recently developed a tight feeling in my throat/tongue area. The symtpoms come on at random and leave me feeling worried/anxious that I may pass out. My heart then starts beating quickly and I feel like I may have a panic episode. I am wondering if this may be signs of TMJ? Please advise.
