Hello, Pletoz is a drug known as cilastozol. It is used to keep the arteries in your leg patent. As you have a history of heart disease and plaque build up in your arteries, it is likely that you suffer from peripheral artery disease as well. Which means that the circulation to your legs are not great. Walking can cause pain. Pletoz helps with widening the arteries to improve circulation. It is to be taken once a day.
