hello doctor . am a guy 20 years old . i have been masturbating regularly for past 5 years. people say tht it reduces physical growth . my question is
1. is it true tht it reduces physical growth? 2. if i stop masturbation right now will i be able to recover my physical growth which had stopped due to my masturbation? 3. how do i achieve strong erections ???
