Welcome to Health care magic. Thank you for posting your question.

Duoluton L is a combined oral contraceptive pill which has been advised by your doctor to regularise the cycles.

Like every drug this too has adverse effects like
1. Nausea and vomiting
2. Mild headache
3. Spotting
4. breast tenderness
5. weight gain

Everyone does not have them . Do not worry.

They are usually taken on any day between DAY 1-5 of a cycle preferably on Day 1.

Hope this helps.

Post any other question. We will be happy to help.
Have a nice day. Regards.
