General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Vertinal 16 mg and Gravel 50 mg are usually used to treated vertigo and dizziness.
So, instability is not a common side effect of these treatments.
In my opinion, the dosage should be reviewed by an ENT specialist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
