What Are The Side Effects Of T Wysolone?
For my sister this t.wysolone has been PRISCRIBED FOR VISION problem ,6 tablets 10 mg daily for 42 days and by reducing 1 tablet every week till one tablet a day ,Is this for vision improvement. she is not comfortable after one week, she feels nervese and tiered. by taking the tab what r the side effcts?l

Wysolone i.e prednisolone is a short acting glucocorticoid with mineralo corticoid activities .
Side effects are ( if taken for prolong time ) indigestion, acne, weight gain, muscle weakness, mood changes/depression and bloody / black stools.
Prolonged use advocated only under strict supervision.
So consult your treating doctor about these side effects.
