What Are The Side Effects Of Olmezest Beta And Zolfresh In HBP Patient?
Patient with BP of 170/110 recommended to use Olmezest beta 50/20 daily once by cardiologist along with Zolfresh 5mg. Pls. explain us the usage and side effects of this, where the patient is also using lipikind 10mg, Nitrocontin 2.6m , Clopilet A 75M . The patient is a female aged 65 yrs.

olmezest beta- it contains ACE INHIBITORS AND BETA BLOCKERS- used to control high bp - side effects are allergic reaction/decreased heart rate/persistent dry cough/impotency due to erectile dysfunction of penis
zolfresh - it is a sedative-used to induce sleep-side effects r distaste to food/dizziness/fatigue
