My 13 and half month old baby girl is suffering from fever. I gave her crocin but of no use. Yesterday night it was 103.3. I gave Meftal-P at 4:10 in the morning. After that the fever came down. Now since today morning fever is starting again. its 101.64 at 12 noon. I have just given her crocin. Please advice what is the time gap that need to be kept between the doses of meftal-P and also since, I have given her crocin, if the fever doesn't goes down and increases beyond 102, then when can i give her meftal-P agin(what is the time gap between meftal-p and crocin that need to be kept.)

Does meftal-p has got any side effects? Waiting for your reply.
