General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Incid-L (cetirizine) is commonly used to treat symptoms associated with cold and allergy. Its common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, increased heartbeats and constipation. Taking as and when required it may not be harmful however the cause of your itching should be detected and treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
