What Are The Side Effects Of BP Lowering Medicines?

I am currently taking ACEPRIL and AFEHEXAL drugs to control my blood pressure. I am young and not married. I would like to know if these drugs have any effects on sperm count / sperm quality.

There is no evidence of sexual dysfunction by these drugs perse. The few side effects of the drug ACEPRIL (Ramipril) are potentially Life-threatening include Severe hypotension and renal failure, angioedema. The other adverse effects are Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, and cough. Rarely symptomatic hypotension. Angioneurotic edema of face, lips, tongue, glottis and larynx, syncope, renal impairment, hypersensitivity reactions.
