What Are The Side Effects Of ATK4 Without Being Diagnosed For TB?

Me and my wife have been planning family for last one year now. For this we have been consulting a senior gynecologist and obstetrician at Noida. After laparoscopy and hysteroscopy my wife in May 2013 and for trying for 6 months without result she did IUI on 30 Jan 14 which also failed. Now she suspect TB the cause of infertility and have prescribed ATK4 for 2 month without test for my wife.
I want to know is there any side effect of having ATK4 without being diagnosed positive for TB. Should we go ahead or should change the doctor.
