Hello
Impendeing central retinal vein occlusion will show dilated and tortuous retinal veins. The common predisposing factors are hypertension, diabetes...
Since in your case the patient is having dilated vessel along the superotemporal vascular arcade and he is hypertensive, this may indicate branch retinal vein occlusion.

Thank you

Tortuous engorged vein all over papilidema and neovasculirisation on disc. loss of vision is gradual and not sudden like arterial occlusion. vitreous hemorrhage will be present. No medication is effective except limited laser application on neo vascularisation Patches are hemorrhages. Proper manage ment of hypertension is to be done
