i have been having a nasal bleeding every time i lower down my head to wash my face. this morning the bleeding repeated and i felt a loose tonsel tissue touching the back of my mouse causing a vomiting effect. i located this tissue with my hand, it feels like a small pear-shaped piece well attached. a year ago i hit my nose on the glass door, did not notice glass when walking through a new area in the building. i also had obstructed nose all the months of this fall, difficulty to find the right position when i sleep and snoring. any advice, please.
