what are the precautions that i must take to conceive again? i had my miscarriage on 7th aug 2010 and my d&c was on 13th august 2010 that time i was 12th week pregnant , doctor told me that the growth of baby was 6 weeks only then no more growth now it tries to come out.i had heavy pain on my belly and that comes out naturally for remain clean d &c was done.now what is the perfect time to conceive again?what are the precautions that i must take to conceive again?

atleast 3 months time perid is advised in such cases in ur case already 1 yr has passed U can go for pregnancy and also start with Tab folic acid 5mg once adaywhich should be started ideally 1 mth before conceiving And should be taken 3 mths post conceiving asper docs consultation based on ur personal med history and
Please avoid sex for 1st 12wks and any jerks via journey like bus or motorcycle rides avoid stress take healthy diet and carrying safely then again avidig sex ror last 6-8 wks of preg to avoid premature labour take care
