Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history,I understand that you are suffering from unstable psoriasis.
You have probably been given high potent steroid creams, which over long term use can cause whitish depigmentation of the skin ( "bleaching" the skin).
There are lot of treatment options for psoriasis. The best option is chosen taking into account the age, desire to conceive in the near future, severity of the disease, social impact, etc.
Some options include phototherapy, oral methotrexate, retinoids, cyclosporine and biologicals. These have to be taken only under the guidance of a dermatologist.
Please consult a good dermatologist who will assess all these factors and guide you well.
Try to reduce stress as this will worsen psoriasis.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
