Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

I personally agree with the first doctor. Here is why-

In a patient on dialysis, the creatinine is always going to be high, usually even after dialysis.

The fact remains that it depends not on just the dialysis. The creatinine levels depend on many things including the age, body weight, muscle component, and the diet.

Besides we also need to take into account the starting values of the creatinine. If the initial values are high the chances of the creatinine coming to normal or even 3 are less.

The query does not mention how frequently she is being dialyzed. Neither does it mention what form of dialysis she is on. Please mention the same for better response.

Understand this, if you want to bring creatinine to 3 from 4, she may just need an extra dialysis.

As for the salt, I am clueless about sodium levels from the query. So please let me know that so I can give you an informed opinion

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.

I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.
