The query does not mention how frequently she is being dialyzed. Neither does it mention what form of dialysis she is on. Please mention the same for better response. Understand this, if you want to bring creatinine to 3 from 4, she may just need an extra dialysis. As for the salt, I am clueless about sodium levels from the query.
