What Are The Little Blisters On The Labia And The Veins That Are Swollen?

I'm 25 weeks pregnant, about 9 months ago i had these little blisters on my labia, i thought it could of been herpes but when i got check, i was clean, my dr said it could of been because of the underwear i wore (lace) that rubbed and irritated it and it gave me these little cut blisters that looked like herpes. anyways, the other day i woke up and noticed on my vagina lip i had these huge veins popping out, they look like varicose veins and the next day my left lip on my vagina is swollen, i have these tiny little white bumps, about 5- 6 of them all in a a small circle, like the size of a small pinkie nail. could i have herpes now? or could it be something else. i have pain when it rubs against my clothing but thats about it. help me please, I'm worried.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Yes, I would certainly advise a repeat check on herpes and in the meantime would suggest you abstain from all forms of sexual contact and either wear comfortable cotton undergarments or avoid undergarments completely for a while. Also rewuest for prescribing doctor for some topical medication to apply in the region of the blisters.
