What Are The Instructions For Using Mifeprin And Misoprostol Tablets?

Hi Doctor- I am in Dubai, wanting to terminate an unwanted pregnancy. I have got two sets of tabs- One is A-Kare where 1 Mifeprestone 200 mg and misoprostol 4 tabs need to be kept under the tongue after a day. The other is Mifeprin 200 mg, where the instructions are to have 3 of them together one morning, and after 2 days follow with Misoprostol 2 tabs. I am confused what to do. Please guide me on the right usage.

Hello,
You take a tablet of MIFIPRISTONE 200 mg and then take 4 tablets of misoprostol after 48 hours. You get bleeding after few hours of taking misoprostol. This bleeding can continue for couple of days.
Get an ultrasound abdomen done after 2weeks to see if some remnants of contraceptions are still left behind or not.
If some foetal tissue is still found present, then surgical evacuation is planned.
Thanks
