Hi!
Welcome to HCM!

The answers related to your questions on kidney are as follows:

1. Anti diuretic hormone (ADH) produced by posterior pituitary

2. Aldosterone ( produced by the adrenal gland situated on top of the kidney)
3. Under the influence of Aldosterone which acts on the kidney, water is absorbed along with the sodium ions and this is coupled with secretion of potassium and hydrogen ions into the lumen of the tubules

4. Proximal tubule and collecting tubule and duct

5. ADH acts on collecting duct to increase the absorption of water.

I hope your questions are answered.
Regards!
