Brief Answer:
RCC needs treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You have not mentioned the size of the Renal cell carcinoma mass, but hopefully it is not very big. In fact, if it is less than 4cm, you can plan for a nephron sparing surgery which will lessen the deterioration of remaining kidney function. Laparoscopy might not be a good option when we are trying to preserve as much of kidney function as possible while completely getting rid of the tumour.
In view of her urinary symptoms and poor output, I suggest she gets a few more investigations like urine culture and sensitivity, and consult a nephrologist to assess and take care of posdible worsening of kidney fubction posy surgery. You can meet a cardiologist too to assess if her cardiac function is good enough to withstand a major surgery.
Note: For further queries related to kidney problems and comprehensive renal care, talk to a Nephrologist. Click here to Book a Consultation.
