What Are The Early Pregnancy Signs And Symptoms?

Hi I think I might be pregnant,as the last time I had sexual intercourse was in March,but tthen I went on my periods that same month. Then in April an May I experienced shorter but heavier periods.Im constantly feeling bloated,experiencing fatigue and thirst,could this mean that I'm pregnant?

Following are few signs of pregnancy
Missed period
Fatigue
Morning sickness
Nausea
Spotting
Frequent urination
Headache
Heart burn
Constipation
Tender Breasts
Look these signs are only suggestive of pregnancy and are not the confirmatory signs of pregnancy. So I advice you to undergo urine pregnancy test or a sonography which will confirm whether you are pregnant or not.Thank you.
