What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Having Unprotected Sex And Irregular Periods?

My husband and I had unprotected sex on July 24th. That saturday I had a lot of clear discharge that evening. My last period was july 2-6th. I still havent started and home pregnancy test are negative. Could i be pregnant or is it to soon? Also since i had a fluid cyst rupture in january my periods have not be regular.

I understand your concern
There is always chance of the pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse.
I advise you to go for urine pregnancy test when your period is delayed by 8-10 days from the expected period date.
But you can also go for blood HCG test just after 10 days of the period to confirm the pregnancy as it is accurate test.
In absence of pregnancy, delayed period is most common by the hormonal imbalance in you case.
For that period can be regularize by using birth control pill or progesterone pill for 3-4 months.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with green leafy vegetables.
Do regular exercise and drink plenty of water.
