What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Having Fibroids And Endometriosis?

I am a 42 year old female born with hepatits b. I have had surgery to remove fibroids. During surgery, my obgyn found that I had endometrosis. On top of that, I also have elevated prolatin levels. With all this combined, along with my age, I think it would be difficult for me to conceive a child. My question is two parts (1) what are my odds on conceiving and being able to carry for full term (2) and if I cannot get pregnant, and decide to go on clomid or something similar to help me ovulate, will that affect my hepatitis b? Will I be able to take clomid with hepatitis b?
