What Are The Causes Of Having Pain Between Ribs Under Breast Bone And Sound From Stomach?

I have a really strange pain going on... It s between my ribs just under my breast bone. It starts as a slight pain then as it gets worse it kind of fizzies away then makes my belly make a gargling sound. This only lasts about 5 seconds but happens around 30 times a day?

From your complaints the possibility is Gastro esophageal reflux disease. In this can accompany peptic ulcers also. In peptic ulcers pain will be more severe and hunger pain is more characteristic.For my patients i recommend to take PPI group drugs like pantoperazole plus antiemetic domperidone in sustained release form for a long term therapy.Sucralfate also i prescribe for those who is under suspection of peptic ulcer.Those who have still pain i recommend fibrogastroduodenoscopy.Hope this may help you.
