What Are The Causes For Having Pain Around Rectum, Bloating And Constipation?

Hi DR, I am having pain around my rectum area, inside. First it was burning and then became throbbing, bloated and constipated. I went to see my family Dr. and she recommended vaginal Ultrasound, but I refused. I'm not a Dr. But, I think the problem is my bowl and rectum area. I have this problem often. Can you please me?

I really appreciate your guts you did the good thing and not allowed for vaginal sonography, your problem could be due to constipation the hardening of stool some time injured the rectum wall, while exerting extra force during defecation this is happening, so I would advise you not to apply any force, for the constipation drink plenty off water have fiber containing diet eat more row vegetables this will come around soon, have nice day.(For the pain of rectum area have sits bath)
