I really appreciate your concern and looking to the questions that you have asked this is the academic question and this needs lengthy discussion and notes still I will explain this in brief 1) salt could increase the systolic pressure mainly 3) head injury can cause hypotension even if patient is hypertensive 3) this is unknown 4) this is nothing to do with the blood pressure either patient is normotensive or hypertensive , hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
