This is Mrs.vittopa from india.I was married two yrs ago. since me and my betterhalf are normal couples we have no Child.we had taken all medical Tests.
All tests are normal.My husband sperm count is more than 40 million and mobility is 70 %.we are having regular sex.we need a child immediately.

I understand your concern.As all your medical reports are normal,no need to worry.Sometimes concieving gets delayed due to various hormonal and psychological factors.
Be calm and relaxed.If you periods are regular,do have sexual intercourse between 10th day and 17th day of your menses cycle.This is the most fertile period for a women of reproductive age.This will increase the chances of your pregnancy.
