Weight Gain Due To Being A Food Addict, End Of Eating The Entire Dish On Tasting It. How Can I Lessen The Sense Of Taste?

I am a foodie...I love pampering my taste buds. But that has resulted me in weight gain . I am overweight now. Food never fails to tempt me.. And just tasting it is not enough, I want to have all of it. I am fed up.. I want my sense of taste to go...is there any way it can be done? I read somewhere removing your tonsils will help..???

greetings.

controlling on your taste buds is a matter of your will power.
tonsils are lymphoid tissues.
they have nothing to do with your taste sensations.
start by small goals.like first reducing and then stopping certain addional food times.
hope it helps.
