Weight Loose with sounding evil

hello my husband is an 26yrs overweight, 380bl 6ft. 1, he has high blood sugar. He has been complaining of knee pain I think that it is his weight and walking a lot and that s all, can you tell me of anything else it could be or tell me how to tell him to loss weight with sounding evil.

Hi,thanks for query.You are going in right direction.Weight loss is a mission ,you can do it with diet planning,regular exercise and medicines if needed.Plan his diet well,ask him to avoid junk foods,cold drinks,tobacco in any form.Give him 4-5 small meals,use more of fruits and salads.Continue walking,ask him to walk small distances frequently so as to avoid pain.Please go to your doctor and look for any other medical reason for weight gain.Blood sugar control is must,as he is quite young.bye.

it could be an onset of knee joint arthritis.

although its not that common at the age of 26 his weight can be a contributing factor.

walking does not play a role in it.

consult an ortho.

take an Xray knee joint AP and lateral view.

hot water foment the knee twice a day.

practice static hams and quads exercises

weight reduction is required.

since obesity can lead to various health problems apart from joints

he can do swimming, jogging going for a walk
avoid too much oily and junk food.
