Hi,
As you have been diagnosed with PCOD, you should get a complete prenatal assessment for a better management of your pregnancies. Hormonal imbalance is a major contributor in the outcome of pregnancy here and it needs to be assessed well before pregnancy occurs and treatment ensued as needed. At present, you should test for pregnancy through a blood test and a trans-vaginal/pelvic sonogram. If it happens to be a pregnancy, then you have a threatened abortion if it is still viable, otherwise it is inevitable. See your gynecologist for further support. Take care.
