Weakness on left side of body, face. All reports normal. What do you think ?

I have had weakness on my left side of body and left side of face on and off for about a year now. Have had every type of blood work, brain Mri , cat scan of head, stress test, and everything is normal. I have had problems with anxiety . I am worried that I have ms, I go to the neuralogist this Friday. I get very weak and feel like and having panic attacks. What do you think?

Hello Dear
Your problem can be either due to the anxiety or stress induced or you have arteriosclerotic vascular disease. To rule out for vascular disease you have to do your color Doppler of the carotid arteries and if needed angiography of the same. There are some region that this may be due to neurological deficit but you have all your scans normal, so chances are very less.
If all reports came back normal than you have to consult your psychiatrist and have proper counselling and treatment.
Try to be relax. Regular exercise and meditation can help you a lot.
