Weakness, fatigue, headache, fluctuating blood sugar. Cause and remedy?

I am not diabetic, my blood sugars keep dropping. I ferl very weak , tired, awaken with headaches , agitated, constantly i m a fog. I started just spot checking my blood sugars and they are allover the place. 730am 83 fasting , ate pb&j and coffee, 1pm ate 2PCs baked chicken, 2:03pm BS 76, ate slice of banana walnut bread and tea, 2:30 BS 130, started feeling bad again @2:51 BS 98. Please help.

kinndly undergo one GTT,since your complaining fatigue just i need a hb level ,i need ur life style , sleeping pattern, formorely what exercise u r on, if u r a female menstruating recommended menstrual history, please mention your age BMI also.
