I want to have 2nd child.My semen analysis test-quantity-2.5ml.color-greyish white.reaction-alkaline.liquifaction time-not liquified even after 4 hrs 30 min.Motility-actively motile:--,sluggishly motile-10%, motile90%. Sperm count-6.5 millons/ml.Morphology- normal forms80%.abnormal forms 20%.Other findings:1-2 pus cells and 0-1 epithelial cells/hpf.1ST child born on 08-4-2005.PL. suggest.

hi there, the only abnormal parameter in your semen analysis seems to be low sperm counts which could be the reason for your wife not able to concieve. Also as the liquifaction time is increased that needs to be looked into. Kindly consult a gynacologist and the doctor will be able to give you the various options available with the low countslike IUI or IVF
