Want To Gain Weight. What To Do?

my name is Eddie, and i want to gain weight. ive tried everything i can possibly think of besides steroids. im about 6'1 and my weight is 137lbs. i want to at least be about 165-170lbs. will you please help me ill pay you anything to get me on the right track, i workout also and i can gain the strength its just the weight im lacking. please help.

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

To gain weight your energy input needs to be less than your energy output.
This means decreasing activity and increasing your food input.

In terms of food you would need to : (1) increase the frequency of your meals
(2)increase your portion sizes
(3) use healthy high calorie foods such as potatoes, avocado, peanut butter, nuts, olive oil
(4) add dressings, mayonaisse, butter to your meals to increase the calorie value
(5) try not to fidgit- this actually expends energy
(6) strengthening exercises will increase muscle mass
