Hello and welcome to HCM,
The values that you have posted are the total leukocyte count and differential leukocyte count.
This test counts the number of white blood cells in blood and differential counts.
The total leukocyte count is slightly on lower side.
The normal leukocyte count is above 4000.cubic millimeter.
The normal platelet count is above 150 thousand and below 400 thousand/cubic millimeter.
The differential count determines the relative amounts of different white blood cells.
The differential count is expressed as percentage as well as absolute values.
The absolute values of monocytes, eosinophils and basophils are within normal limits.
The absolute count of lymphocytes is decreased.
However, the absolute neutrophil count is not mentioned so it is difficult to give a final impression.
Low total leukocyte count (TLC) is called leukopenia.
Kindly, post the absolute counts for neutrophils to know an increase or decrease in particular component of leukocytes.

Thanks and take care
