Very Soft Stools, On And Off Pain In Stomach, Frequent Need To Pass Stools An Hour After Eating. Suggest

hi I know I have been having this problem for about a week now, my stool isn't solid anymore its too soft, my stomach also hurts from time to time, but the worst part is I have to keep using the toilet no more than 5 times a day, but I think it depends on how much I eat because a hour after I eat my stomach acts up.
please help me, I don't know what I ate that could of caused this.

Thank you for your query.

The symptoms mentioned by you suggest that you may be having amoebic or giardia infection. I suggest that you get your stool routine test done for ova and cyst, preferably for three consecutive days, and depending on the reports to have medication. This infection usually occurs following intake of contaminated water.
