Very Itchy In My Upper Pubic Region. Found Small Tiny Black Dot & Red Bump. What Does The Finding Mean?

hi i have began to get very itchy in my upper pubic region, i am a male 21 years old, one red bump appeared and others small bu not really noticeable, i attempted to bust this where it appeared to bleed inside the skin making the spot bigger, there is a small tiny black dot in the center, could you explain what this might be?

Welcome to HCM! Are you sexually active? Is the itching more at night? It is possible that you are infected with PUBIC LICE - they suck blood and appear like red bump or black dot; on attempting to "burst" them they will rupture under the skin and appear as bigger spot. Treatment - Apply 1% Permethrin solution from head to toe to kill all lice and nits attached to hair shafts and wash undergarments, clothing, towel, etc with hot water (at 55 degrees Celsius or above); repeat treatment after 14 days to kill freshly hatched parasites from eggs; treat your partner in similar way and avoid intimacy till then.

Hello hope you be fine,,,,actually when we shave or there is rubbing of hair for long time what happens that hairs instead of growing upward grows in your skin and then puss accamulate round it ,,,,the redness is this ,,,,the black apot is that hair,,,treatment simple apply local antibiotic cream like polyfax or firstaid three times a day,,,,,then when it becomes soft remove the hair,,,,take care
