Vaginal Pressure When Sitting Too Long, Standing, Wall Swollen. No Granulation. Advice?

had a TLH 9 months ago continue to have alot of vagina pressure when sitting to long, standing, bending or any type of exercise. Have had spotting of dark blood. The right side of vaginal wall has been swollen. Went back to my Gyno about 4 months ago because of these symptoms was told that I didn't have any granulation or prolapse. Any idea what can be wrong. I don't feel normal and have been living with pain.

Hello.

From the information provided, your presentation could be associated with a number of conditions: infections, menopause, vulvodynia, fibroid uterus, polyps, endometrosis, etc.

I would first ask you to start off by visiting a doctor who would conduct a physical examination, added by a speculum examination, which can then be followed by a transvaginal ultrasound scan (TVS).

Your age would have been really important information, but based on the information provided these are few of the possible causes that could result in your presentation. Of course there are more conditions that can be added to the list of possibilities, so please visit your doctor for the same.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
