Using Ventelin Inhaler And Nebulizer For Constant Cough And Shortness Of Breath. Will I Have Pneumonia?

I was diagnosed in 2011 with COPD. Stopped smoking and every month I have a severe chest infection. My local GP has me on Augmentin and Klacid tablets for seven days which helps. I now have developed a constant hard choking cough and this effects my breathing resulting in shortness of breath. I have to then revert to my Ventelin inhaler or in some cases I use my Nebulizer with Symbicord. Would I have pneumonia.
