my son shreyas who is one year old suffering from mild temperature and a loose motion today. but the temperature is fluctuating and had the motion twice. I had given no Worms two days before, whether that is after effect. child is feeling uncomfortable.

Your son is suffering from fluctuating temperature and loose motion two days after deworming with Noworm (Albendazole). It may not be due to side effects of Noworm. Rather you son has caught infectve or viral diarrhoea. So you need to consult a Paediatrician for necessary treatment.
