Urine Analysis Done. Any Medication?

HI a 5 yr old girl has this urinalysis report: color yellow; transparency, slightly hazy; reaction 6.5; sp, gravity 1.020; sugar negative;albumin, trace; pus/wbc 3-5; rbc 0-2 ; epith cells, some; amurates, some' mucus threads, few; bacteria, occassional; the urine sample was the third urine for the day) what does this mean and what to do? any medicine to take? thanks.
