Urine analysis done. Any medication?

HI a 5 yr old girl has this urinalysis report: color yellow; transparency, slightly hazy; reaction 6.5; sp, gravity 1.020; sugar negative;albumin, trace; pus/wbc 3-5; rbc 0-2 ; epith cells, some; amurates, some' mucus threads, few; bacteria, occassional; the urine sample was the third urine for the day) what does this mean and what to do? any medicine to take? thanks.

The urine report is NORMAL. No medicines are needed. However, to be confident to tell you this, you must also share the child's history. What made you go for the urine test?
