Urinalysis Shows Leucocytes, RBC, WBC, Few Yeast And Amorphous Phosphates. History Of Papillary Carcinoma, Thyroidectomy Done. Conclusion?

hello I had a history of papillary carcinoma and I had my thyroidectomy last year. Then today I had my urinalysis, I am positive for leucocytes , my yeast and amorphous phosphates are few, my bacteria and epithelial cells are moderate, my RBC is 1-3 hpf and my WBC is 16-25 hpf. PLease help interpret my results.thanks
