Urge To Urinate, Nothing Coming Out. Had Stroke. Taking Paxil, Zocor, Lyrica, Norvasc. Side Effects Of Medicine?

my friend's mother recently had a stroke and she is complaining about an urge to urinate but nothing is coming out.
a list of her meds:
Paxil, Zocor, Lyrica, Ativan, Cyprohepatidine, Neurotin, Glipizide, Metformin, Lotensin, Norvasc, & Prilosec.
Can these medications potentially cause her to suffer from this condition?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. Initially none of the medications she takes are directly related to their symptoms. The more likely diagnosis is Neurogenic Bladder secondary to stroke.Neurogenic bladder is a pathology of the nerves and muscles of the bladder. She must go to a Urologist. He will requested additional tests to know the state of nerves and muscles of the bladder and confirm or exclude the diagnosis.
I wish you good health.
