Unprotected Sex, Nausea, Fatigue, Headaches, Pregnancy Test Negative. Am I Pregnant?

Hi, I have been having unprotected sex for the past 3 months now. My periods are never regular. I have been experiencing constant nausea , extreme fatigue and headaches. I have done a few pregnancy tests , one of which was positive, I now have bleeding but don t know whether it is my period as I suffer with dysmenorrhea and have not had any pain and the last test says negative. I have been pregnant before and I recognise the symptoms. What could be happening?

Hi thanks for your question.
The symptoms you have described are of pregnancy.Your pregnancy test is also positive. The bleeding you had could be implantation bleeding (bleeding which occur due to implantation of fertalized ovum into uterus). You can also confirm your pregnancy by ultrasound.
Hope this answers your question.
