Unable to eat, smell any food, not hungry, throw up in morning. Possible reason?

Hey, i havent been able to eat, i really want to but whenever i get incontact with food or smell it i become very sick and no longer am hungry, and every morning i wake up at 4-5:30am and throw up without trying, im 16 and my doctor thinks i have anxiety , but my mum doesnt want me to go on medication so i cant get diagnosed.

if this is of recent origin, rule out jaundice.
These are the common symptoms of having jaundice.
Check your urine and eyes for yellow color.
If urine is dark yellow then go for bile salt and pigment present in urine.
If this is alright then it might be due to Anxiety or some acidity problem.
Take food you like to take.
