Ultrasound Remarks "Both Ovaries Contain More Than 12 Sub Capsular Follicles". What Are The Chances To Get Pregnant?
hello Dr. Nirja,
my ultrasound remarks is " the ovary is posterolateral to the uterus while the left ovary is lateral. Both contain more than 12 subcapsular fillicles measuring leass than 1.0cm in diameter with dense stroma." is there a chance for me to get pregnant? Thank you so much.
Hello! When the ovaries have more than 10 cysts this is called polycystic ovary morphology, and if are and amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea (lack of periods ) and/or presence of any symtoms as hyrsutism this is called PCOD. The chance of pregnancy if you have only polycystic ovary is the same as in the other women. Take care of your self and do not be worried
