Hello dear,
Normal sized uterus with normal endometrial thickness and 14 mm sized follicle in the ovary are favorable factors for pregnancy, however a large intramural fibroid may be worrisome, as larger fibroids cause hindrance to the pregnancy. It is advisable to have medications to decrease the fibroid size.
Your age is also a risk factor for what is called 'high risk' cases. So if you are planning to get pregnant, it is suggested that you should have close follow up of your pregnancy with regular ultrasound checkups and especially the 'anomaly scans'.
