Do not worry, the fetal pole is the thickening of the margin of the sac of the fetus and is normally seen only by the 6th - 8th week of gestation. Your gestational age is only about 5 weeks and it is thus too early to detect the fetal pole.
Do not worry at all. On the repeat ultrasound which will be in another week, the fetal pole should be detected, although even if it is not seen then, it will surely be seen by the end of the 7th or 8th gestational week.
