Ulcer On Skin Near Lips, Painful, Underweight, History Of Anxiety. What Is Helpful?
I recently got an ulcer on that little bit of skin that connects your bottom lip to your gum, its been quite painful to eat anything or talk for the last few days and bonjela seems to do nothing. could it perhaps be a cut from teeth whitenning strips? Also im a 19 year old girl recently doing exams plus with stress as i have a new modelling contract, im underweight and ive had a history of anxiety and panic could it be because of stress? How can i get it to go or be less painful? Thankyou!

Stress can be adding to your anxiety and your decrease in appetite, all leading to your being underweight. I understand that being on a new modeling contract can be stressful, however dealing with and coping with stress is how one gets to the top of where they want to be. The ulcer does seem benign (not harmful) and could have been caused by teeth whitening strips. However, I would suggest that you wait for a couple more days on the ulcer-like lesion as they usually tend to disappear. Taking multivitamins is useful.
Consulting a doctor, even if none of the above work may be the way to go. I hope it helps though. Take care.
