Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
If I were treating doctor of your brother for this case of so called typhoid fever I would come up with following measures and treatment .
Dolo ( acetoaminophen or paracetamol ) , meftal ( dicyclomin) , pantoprazole & B complex as this is not a treatment of typhoid fever .
In my opinion this is a treatment of simple or pyrexia or fever .
In this report only platelets are low ( mild ) 1,21,000 so this low level may be due to fever.
In my opinion get in Widal test for typhoid fever and upload the report over this site .
Without any report of history of illness , diagnosis assessment is not possible .
So consult another physician and get his opinion. Good luck. Dr. HET
